 Susy Banyon arrives from America in Freiburg to improve her ballet studies in a famous and prestigious Dance Academy. She reaches the school in heavy rain, just as a girl (Pat) is escaping. Right after this, Pat and her friend are murdered.
The following morning Susy meets Madame Blanc and Miss Tanner, who run the school, and Daniel, the blind piano player.
Other events trouble the school: thousands of worms fall from the roof, Daniel is killed by his dog and Sara, a friend of Susy, is slaughtered with a razor.
Frank, a psychiatrist friend of Sara, tells Susy that the Academy was established by a coven of witches, headed by Elena Marcos.
During the night, when she is alone, Susy wanders in the secret halls of the Academy. She sees a black mass, held by Miss Tanner and Madame Blanc and reaches the bed of the Black Queen.
She is almost attacked by Sara, (turned into a zombie), before Susy succeeds in stabbing the Queen in the neck. This causes the death of the followers and the destruction of the Academy.
