Well MST3K has some major interlacing problems, even changing the progressive to video doesn't help. The film they are watching looks fine but the silhouetted characters and the in between stuff have serious lines, especially on the outlines.

I suspect it's a combination of progressive footage (the film) and interlaced footage (the talking heads) confusing the crap out of it. Not sure there's any solution...

It also may be the print, I need to check other discs. There is a warning before hand that there is is damage to the print.

Edit: I checked out Crash of The Moons there are some small lines but not as bad as Lost Continent.
